Floor
Thermofriz provides metal based Floor Section for Wall Paneling of size: 50mm, 0.55mm thick with two flanges of 32mm each.
Installation
The Panel will be installed screw fixed on GI metal stud of size 48mm & 0.55mm thick having one flange of 34mm & other 36mm placed at 610mm c/c vertical into 50mm floor & Ceiling channel of 0.55mm thickness having 2 equal flanges of 32mm each, then fixing GI metal stud at 610mm c/c horizontally making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. The panels will be backed with Sentetic Wadding / Rockwool / Foam / Glasswool inserted inside the grid of 610x 610mm.
