Fab Stretch System
Screw Fixing 13/25mm ht. PVC Grippers [Full Wrap, Centre & Half Wrap]@ 200mm on wooden strips of 10 x 50mm vertically/ horizontally in proper line and level @ 1220mm c/c in a way that the screw penetrates the back frame section. Insert 25mm Sentetic Wadding of 1000 GSM and stretch fabric inside the grippers.
Installation Specifications
Providing & fixing Fab Stretch System on THERMOFRIZ Acoustic Panels –Natural Standard ND40 in size: 1220 x 610x (any thickness) screw fixed @ 200mm on GI metal/ Wooden/ MS frame of 50 x 50mm making a grid of 610 x 610mm c/c. The panels will be backed with 50mm Sentetic Wadding 500 GSM inserted inside the grid of 610 x 610mm. The frame is to be made in proper line after levelling. Fab Stretch System: Screw Fixing 13mm ht.
